Bob Fegan, the originator of Energy TechPro, has over 20 years experience in the energy field and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). He began performing energy audits in 1980 and has held various utility positions in the Marketing and Customer Services departments of gas and electric utilities.  Bob’s experience has involved the introduction and study of numerous new and conventional energy using technologies for residential, commercial and industrial sectors.  He has created many software based evaluation tools and completed hundreds of specific technology analyses. Bob is employed as an Energy Management Consultant at DTE Energy.
